Conducted by Julien Chauvin, one of today’s most sought-after baroque musicians and founder of the Parisian orchestra Le Concert de la Loge, Arion crowns this season with a performance of Mozart’s “Jupiter” Symphony, resplendent and majestic, the prodigious musician’s final work in the genre he helped to define. Oboist Daniel Lanthier will also bring to life the sole (but exquisite) concerto for his instrument by the flamboyant Amadeus.
